Kamilla Wolszczak (1988, PL) has a BFA in painting and an MFA in art mediation, Academy of art and design in Wroclaw (PL). She is a performance artist with a background for visual art, art mediator and initiator of artistic projects at the basis. Kamilla creates projects about relationships between the viewer, artist and space with performance art, installations, interventions and drawings. She is founder and organizer of collective exhibitions run by artists in independent spaces: Universal Self-Supporting Exhibitions and SUWaczek pop-up galleries with children. She is also active in the performance artistic duo PARAperformance.
She has interest in the relationship between the artist and the audience in location-specific situations and the things we usually ignore. Kamilla currently lives and runs her own studio in Amsterdam.
